has been established in 2009 as thinking that a new and competitive distribution net will freshen the market. It shall fill the market gap in the Supermarket, Perfumery, Drugstore and Coiffeur channels by importing the international brands. 

In the first stage, it is distributing the WKS Solingen, WK Ambassador products and, its own brand, Punto product varieties. PNR acts only as a distributor and it has separated Turkey to 5 regions as to continue its activities in such regions thanks to its regional dealers for each. These regions have been determined as Marmara-İstanbul, Aegean-Mediterranean, Inner Anatolia-Ankara, Black Sea- Eastern Anatolia and South East Anatolia. The company shall make direct sales and distribution in İstanbul and Marmara regions where shall perform via its strong regional dealers in others, mainly targeting a strong position in the overall market.

GROWING STRATEGY

The primary growing strategy of PNR is to become an indispensable distribution company within 3 years by adding strong new brands to its portfolio, besides the currently sold and distributed existing brands, which all in quality of aiming to be market leader. In parallel to this, the company targets to increase its sales and turnover in the same 3 years period with effect to its existing products and by importing other products which are being known to be lacking in the market. The company may by no means become a producer in such a process but shall act only as the distributor and importer of the manufacturers. PNR Cosmetics and distribution company reaches to 81 city centers, and districts thereof, of Turkey thanks to its distribution net organized.
